Pricing & Payment

Our standard rate is $100/hour during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm). We offer a senior discount of $79/hour for customers 65+. After-hours and emergency calls are $150/hour.

There's also a $49 trip fee that's always waived when you book any paid service.

We charge by the hour. We'll always give you an estimate before we start so there are no surprises.

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

We charge our regular hourly rate for diagnostics, which is typically 15-30 minutes.

Key point: If we cannot fix the problem, you only pay for the short diagnostic window — not a full hour. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic time is included in your total.

We'll always tell you what we find and give you options before proceeding with any paid work.

Service & Scheduling

We're based in Whittier and serve a 25-mile radius including La Habra, Fullerton, Brea, La Mirada, Downey, Norwalk, Pico Rivera, Montebello, and more. See our full service area map.

We often have same-day availability, especially for morning requests. For non-urgent issues, we typically schedule within 1-2 days. Emergency after-hours service is available at our after-hours rate ($150/hr).

Yes! For many software issues, we can connect remotely and fix the problem without coming to your home. Remote sessions are billed at our standard hourly rate. We use secure, industry-standard remote access tools.

We stand behind our work. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge. This doesn't apply to new issues or problems caused by other factors (like new malware infections).

Technical Questions

We work on both! Windows PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, tablets, and smartphones. We can also help with smart home devices regardless of whether you're in the Apple or Google ecosystem.

Our primary focus is residential support, but we do help home-based businesses and small offices. For larger commercial needs, we can discuss options or refer you to a colleague who specializes in business IT.

We can set up backup systems (cloud, external drives, or both) and attempt data recovery from failing drives. However, we cannot guarantee data recovery — if your drive has physical damage, we may refer you to a specialized recovery service. Always maintain backups!

Both! We can configure your existing equipment, recommend and install new routers or mesh systems (Eero, Google, Ubiquiti), and even run ethernet cables for access points. We'll recommend what makes sense for your home and budget.
